TC Media Group
We publish news titles for the UK construction industry. Each one covers a single part of the sector, is free to read and takes its stories from the organisations involved.
About the group
TC Media Group launched its first titles in October 2026. Most construction news sits behind a paywall or covers the whole industry at once, so a surveyor, a plant hirer and a retrofit installer all read the same front page. Our titles are narrower. Each has its own sector and its own readers, and all of them are run from one news desk.
The group is independent and privately owned. It is not part of a larger publishing company, a contractor, a manufacturer or a trade body. Every title is free to read and has no paywall.

What we publish
- Industry news, updated through the day. Contract awards, appointments, project milestones, funding, policy, training and awards, taken from government and public bodies, trade bodies, charities and companies' own announcements.
- A weekly newsletter for each title. One email on Fridays with that week's stories.
- A company directory on each title. Listings are paid for, clearly separate from news, and never affect coverage.
- Advertisement features. Paid content is labelled as such at the top of the page and kept out of the news sections.
How we work
Every story starts with a primary source and is researched before it is written. Articles are drafted with AI assistance under rules written by people, then checked line by line against the original sources. A story that fails that check is held for an editor. Each article lists its sources, and we name the organisation or person a quote comes from.
Photographs are real and credited. Where no suitable photograph exists we use a labelled graphic or chart. Corrections are made promptly and marked on the article. Our editorial standards set out what we will and will not publish.
